I am Diana’s sister Christina writing from Mickeys computer. I’m not the best with words but I’ll give it a try. I just wanted to let you all know how much it means to the whole family to read all of your comments of love. I also wanted to write something about the time I got to spend with Weston. The pictures don’t even begin to give him justice. Weston was the most beautiful baby boy I’ve ever seen. He had black wavy hair, the cutest nose and perfect little lips. I went to the NICU Sunday and morning and stayed with him till the end. He was always relaxed and never in any pain. The doctors and nurses constantly checked him. At the end it was peaceful. Micks mom got to hold him and kiss him. Then I held him and the doctor took out the breathing tube. I carried him wrapped in a blanket(that Diana and Mickey now have)to a private room where I talked to him and told him how much everyone loved him.I held him to my heart and rocked him gently telling him it was ok now. He slowly drifted off with out any pain or discomfort. Weston will be in my heart forever. I just wanted everyone to know that he wasn’t in pain and it was as peaceful as it could be. Weston will be loved and remembered by all who love Diana and Mickey.

I am glad to hear that the lil’ guy wasn’t in pain and I could tell from the photos that he was gorgeous…I thought he looked like Diana! Being away from Philly this week has been hard. They have had such awesome family and friend support through this whole ordeal. Thank you so much Christina for making it known of his last moments and I’m sure he is in good hands as we speak.

Ohhh this was so sad! I’m happy that he was not in any pain and went peacefully. It’s just really sad and I really hope you all can get through this. I have never lost a child but came close to it once and it was the worst day of my life. I can only imagine your pain. Hang in there! Christi from Oregon
