I've had this site bookmarked since 2000, I stumbled upon some guys photo album and he had all of these family photos from the late 70's and early 80's, I was particularly interested in the computer/electronic photos. Some pretty awesome shots:

New Music - Vampire Weekend

Web developer love story with a movie ending

I can't believe it. Since Patrick bought this URL and had everyone here post it on there personal blogs, this thing took off. It was picked up by the NY post , Nerve.com , the gothamist , laughing squid and CNN even expressed interest in it - they wanted to interview him today. Also he made this video that was picked up by a lot of blogs.
Anyway, late last night a friend of the mystery girl sent him a picture asking him if that is who he was looking for. Once he confirmed, it things spread through her group of friends and after a couple calls he landed a date this friday night.
The odds that he got hold of her, and that she was single, straight or interested seems slim to none - but so far everything is looking good. I'm so happy for Patrick!
Update: Blackbook just outed her as their intern. Here she is.

Web Developer pick up lines

A coworker of mine named Patrick Moberg made this after seeing a girl on the subway the other day. He bought a URL, and has his friends posting this everywhere. It's a great concept and I can't wait to see if it works or not. I really hope so.
